Kids Cook classes will resume on Thursday mornings starting February 4 from 11:15 am - 12 pm at Sprout Soup. Children aged 3 - 6 will cook with seasonally available winter ingredients, be exposed to new tastes, and practice skills in a fun environment.

2/18-Garlic-plant your own garlic chive
2/25-Black Beans-smash and mix tasty dips
Classes cost $4 per child.
I am also offering a parents workshop on Sunday February 28 from 1 - 2 pm at Sprout Soup called Cooking with Kids: Why, What, and How. I will share techniques for making cooking with the whole family more enjoyable. This workshop for adults only is free!
