We didn't meal plan last week and boy did I miss it. It feels a little unsettling to not know what we're having for dinner and need to run to the store all the time. This week, though a day late, we are sticking to a plan: Monday - leftovers for Lil, happy hour at Rigsby's kitchen for Rachel and Alex (they have $1 oysters on Mondays)
Tuesday - grill hot dogs, potato chips, green salad
Wednesday - Roasted chicken, cauliflower gratin, roasted sweet potatos
Thursday - dinner with friends
Friday - Fish, twice baked spinach feta stuffed potatoes, applesauce
Saturday - Fresh pig (more on the provenance of said pig later this week) for a canoe trip planning potluck
Sunday - Family dinner
